PUBLIC POLICY IMPACTS ON PATIENT
ACCESS TO INNOVATIONS IN MEDICINE
September 29, 2022

A Patient Advocate Luncheon & Exhibit

The Texas Capitol

Legislative Conference Center (E2.002)

11:00 am-2:00 pm

Lunch will be provided

Join THBI and patient advocate partners to help educate policy makers on how innovations in health care treatments and therapies impact the experience of patients facing life changing conditions and diseases, and how public policy can help or hinder access to these innovations.

Working with our member companies who are creating and producing innovations that save patients’ lives and create better health comes, we want to ensure patients remain the ultimate beneficiaries of such advances.  As we approach the 88th Texas Legislative Session, it is important to educate our policy makers and their staff, on the issues effecting Texans across the state.

The event will include the opportunity to network with various patient advocate organizations, learn about the specific challenges impacting the diverse patient community, and learn more about how these challenges are affected by public policy decisions. A full program with topics and speakers will be released soon.

THBI is looking for sponsors and patient advocacy organizations interested in exhibiting at the event. For additional information on either opportunity, or to RSVP to attend, please email info@thbi.com.
