Here in Texas, we're proud to lead the nation in job creation. If we want to stay at the top, we must recognize the valuable contributions that the biomedical industry has made to the state job market and press our leaders to implement policies that encourage the sector's continued growth.

The Lone Star State is home to more than 4,500 biotechnology and biomedical companies that employ more than 108,000 workers at a generous average salary of upward of $70,000.  Read full article.
