Texas Healthcare and Bioscience Institute (THBI) leads the Texas delegation and organizes the BioTexas Pavilion at the BIO International Convention, the largest global event for the biotechnology industry.  Be a part of the delegation that will showcase the innovation happening across the Texas Life Sciences industry. 2023 BIO Recap

The 2023 BioTexas Pavilion had state-wide representation showcasing the innovation happening in the Texas life science industry. The pavilion was co-hosted by Texas Healthcare and Bioscience Institute (THBI), Texas Economic Development Corporation (TxEDC), and the Cancer Prevention and Research Institute of Texas (CPRIT), and had booths dedicated to showcasing Austin, College Station/Bryan, North Texas, and San Antonio.

2022 BIO Recap

June 13-16, 2022

San Diego, CA

THBI hosted the BioTexas Booth at the 2022 convention in San Diego, CA. The Texas delegation included representatives from more than 20 communities, universities, and companies, the Office of the Governor’s Texas Economic Development & Tourism team, and the Cancer Prevention and Research Institute of Texas (CPRIT), which is the second largest publicly funded cancer research organization in the world. Also participating in the booth were Texas’ regional BIO groups: BIO El Paso- Juarez, BioMedSA and BioNorthTexas.
